Sylvain considers this to be one of his top wines. This edition is simply breathtaking! Rich, generous aromas of ripe orchard fruits, tangerine, fresh butter and toasted nuts get a pretty accent of chalky mineral and crushed mint.  In the mouth, this envelops your palate like a great Batard Montrachet, and if the weight isn’t quite at that level, the texture – silky, creamy, deep – is very close.  Rich, long, and bursting with layer after layer of fruit, nut, spice, mint and mineral flavours. This is almost too beautiful - an absolute stunner.
