Delivery Information
You must be at least 21 years of age to order wine.
Someone over 21 years of age must be present at time of delivery for wine orders.
We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
We deliver orders Tuesday - Saturday from 12pm - 5pm
We do not make deliveries after 6pm.
All deliveries windows are subject to availability.
NO SAME DAY DELIVERY
We require a 48 hours advance notice for catering orders.
On some occasions 24hours might work.
When placing your catering order, please remember:
Minimum order for catering delivery is $200
You can add wine to your catering order to meet the minimum.
We are located in West Hollywood; delivery fee may change according to delivery place
outside of West Hollywood and adjacent neighborhoods.
Cancellation Policy
Any catering order that is cancelled or modified with less than 24-hour notice of the delivery time
will not be refunded.
Changes must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior to the event are subject to only a partial refund of 50%.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the event for a full refund.
Cold items are delivered on a serving platter, ready to serve.
Hot items require reheating, we do not send out hot food.
Items that requires reheating will be delivered in foil containers, ready to transfer to the oven.
Reheating Guidelines are provided for those items requiring reheating.
